Overview: The headlines of week 13

As something new we’ll start bringing a weekly resume of the week coming out every Sunday. You’ll get the highlights of the week at AGF Esport and an overview of the main events and results from our CS:GO and FIFA-teams.

Monday: The CS:GO team had a great day on the office as they beat Atlando in Powerligaen 16-14. We are now 2-0 in the league. Next week GoldenGitte, HDE.hype and Ambrush awaits. See the standings here >>>

Tuesday: The CS:GO team have been busy this week as they’ve qualified for ESEA Main Playoffs. The german team CPlay were our opponent, but FaagaN’s men did their job and claimed a 2-0 victory.

While the CS:GO team beat their opponents our FIFA-players struggled a bit more this week. Rom and Taser played Esbjerg FB in eSuperligaen and unfortunately, we lost 3-2. Watch the highlights and follow our YouTube-channel here >>>

Wednesday: On Wednesday night we hoped to get three points to stay in the battle for top eight in the eSuperliga where Silkeborg IF was the opponent. But things don’t go our way this season, and Tamer and Rom were beaten 4-2 versus Sanchez and Pilm.Watch the highlights here >>>

Thursday: After this week’s two defeats our playing coach, Lars ‘PrimeTurbo’ Korreborg tells, that we have to change our mindset because top eight is out of reach. Now we need to focus on gaining experience and develop our skills. Read the interview here >>>

The CS:GO-team played the last match in the ESEA Main Playoffs. A match against touch the crown ESEA should decide whether we were going to qualify for ESEA Advanced next season. FaagaN and co. could celebrate a fantastic win, and we’re now ready for Advanced after winning 16-6, 16-4.
